How is the weather in Prague in December? Is it cold? Is it snowing?

Not this year! This year’s winter is very mild. The temperatures are around 10oC. However, the weather forecast promises that Christmas in the Czech Republic will be white (but probably not in Prague, cause the temperatures here are always a bit higher then in the rest of the country).
