Hi! Direct buses to Cesky Krumlov leave from bus station Roztyly (you can get there by metro red line C, station Roztyly) and Florenc (metro station Florenc on lines B and C). The fastest journey takes about 3.5 hours and costs something over 150 CZK (one-way). To plan your journey to details, you can use the transport information system. Cesky Krumlov is really worth visiting.
