Tipping in Prague / Czech Restaurants

What is customary in regards to tipping? Is it included in the tab? Do you hand the tip to the waiter or leave it on the table? Many countries have different customs. Thank you for any assistance!

Hi there:
TIP = To Improve Performance
0% – Bad Performance, no tip
10% – Adequate servide, regular
15%+ – non-standard performance or overtime

- ... And it is not included in the overall price! For example, when she says 130 please, you give her 200 and say: 150. She will return 50.
