Symbolic wedding ceremony in Prague

Maybe this is not the right forum for my question but I give it a try. We are getting married right before we go to Prauge in may and are having the reception for family and friends at our favourite restaurant. What we don’t have is someone who helps us with a short, simple, non legal ceremony. We had contact with some wedding planners but they charge at least 10000 c for it. Too much for us. What we are looking for is anyone in a suit or dress that can say a few words in english, we change rings, kiss and we are done. Anyone that can help us?
