Prague travel guide

Being a curious breed, I enjoy discovering new places. There is nothing like the thrill of entering unknown territory and getting acquainted with it. Getting to know Prague can be an exciting experience, but it can also be a confusing one. In these pages, I am pleased to lead you on a journey through the “Mother of Cities.”

For me, Prague is a great place to be any time of the year. To get an idea of what it is like in spring, summer, winter and fall, take a look at my introduction to the city during the four seasons.

Prague has so many beautiful historical sights that planning a sightseeing tour can be a very time-consuming process. PhDr. Vladimir Czumalo’s excellent city guides have been written to help you see and learn more at your own pace. Each guide will take you through an informative tour of Prague and includes a map.

Of course, satisfying your hunger and thirst is another one of my priorities. Check out reviews of some of my favourite restaurants and pubs in Prague. For a break, or even a full day off, you may be interested in knowing what the city’s better cafes and tearooms are like. And, for all you fellow party animals, I’ve listed a few of the bars and clubs I frequent on a regular basis.
